 Leigh Manesvit, Esq., an attorney with the nationally recognized law firm, Brustein and Manesevit, will provide an update on many current Title I issues as well as a forecast of impending reauthorization.  Martha Asbury will provide FDOE updates on topics that Leigh will be discussing.  Leigh and Martha will be covering many fiscal-related topics that finance directors will want to hear, such as: maintenance of effort, comparability, supplement not supplant, and most importantly, the value of close communication between the finance department and the federal education program department.
